By accessing or using SORI ("the Service"), operated at soriplay.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SORI is a free global music platform that provides:

• Music streaming powered by YouTube Music (100M+ songs)
• Social features including feeds, Fan Cafes, and messaging
• AI-powered music creation tools (AI Studio)
• Personalized recommendations, playlists, and charts
• Music interpretation and lyrics content

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Music Streaming

Music on SORI is streamed through YouTube Music's official services. By using SORI's streaming features, you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. SORI does not host, store, or distribute music files directly.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on SORI (posts, comments, photos, videos). By posting, you grant SORI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Music created using AI Studio is subject to our AI content policy. You may use AI-generated music for personal and non-commercial purposes. Commercial use rights may be granted under separate licensing terms.

5.3 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains explicit content involving minors

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Attempting to download, rip, or record streamed music
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Selling or transferring your account to another person

7. Intellectual Property

The SORI name, logo, and all related designs are trademarks of SORI. The Service's code, design, and content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SORI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
